The Nikkor 28mm f/1.4E ED lens offers high-contrast images of distant subjects or low-light scenes without needing to stop down the aperture. A minimum focus distance of just 0.28 m offers additional versatility.

Two ED glass elements and three aspherical lens elements ensure crisp, brilliant images. Distortion is exceptionally well controlled, and axial chromatic aberration and colour dispersion are effectively minimised. Nikon’s Nano Crystal Coat reduces ghosting and flare for greater image clarity, even in backlit situations, or when shooting scenes with numerous direct light sources in the frame.Images with depth
